| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Arcee has dedicated her life to the power of information. As a teacher, she saw to it that young Autobots all learned the value of the facts and how to tell truth from lies. During the war, she turned her dedication to the truth to carrying data for teh Autobot High Command, often from deep behind enemy lines. She will face any danger to defend what is right, no matter what the cost.

| Customer Reviews: Pink or Red? Show Accuracy is Key! July 11, 2010 Waspinator (NY United States) It's not mentioned here, but there are two color versions for this figure. The toysrus exclusive is red, while the japanese release is pink. Which is G1 accurate. If you want an accurate Arcee figure, go get yourself the Japanese figure found on online toy stores. However, to go the cheaper route, then pick up the red version. I would suggest Pink only because it's show accurate!
Edit: After double checking, I learned that the toysrus release is in fact pink (color change i'm guessing). The only difference I can find is that the toysrus release has a matte paint job, while the Japanese release has a metallic paint job.
Great Toy July 4, 2010 Gavin The service was incredible. The toy came within a week, far before the estimated time of delivery. The product was as described, and was oodles of fun.
Finally a decent Arcee! June 29, 2010 theBlackUrchin I've been waiting a long time for a decent Arcee figure! It is from the animated series so you will either like that or not. I would prefer a non-animated style so it fits in with the rest of my figures but at least she does not look as exaggerated as some of the others in the series. She looks almost exactly as pictured except the clip on wings are modeled a little different and clip on a lot higher than shown in robot mode.
She looks great in robot and car mode, her eyes even light up if you have a light source above her, bringing her to life. She transforms quickly and easily, I did not have to look at the instructions. She is good quality and solid for a plastic transformer. I find the overall quality far superior to the Movie and Game (War for Cybertron) lines. Her robot mode has decent articulation.
I also noticed the issues the other reviewer mentioned about a small tab in the middle of the leg preventing the leg from fully snapping into place. I do not think it is that noticeable even if you just leave the tab alone. I ended up trimming about 1/3 of the tab off so the leg can snap into place and it still has some support to hold it together in car mode
good for collectors April 15, 2010 Kristen D. Gaddis 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
The only problem I have with this figure is that the right leg will not fully transform on its own without the owner first removing a small bit of plastic (not all!) from the top of a tab in the middle of the leg. Without this, the figure can stand, but one leg will appear longer than the other. Otherwise, it's great for any collection.
