5 out of 5 stars Good fridge magnets   July 6, 2010

Very durable so far for an 8 month old to play with. Bright colors to keep him interested. Good product.

5 out of 5 stars great for small hands   June 13, 2010

these magnets are great for small hands. regular refrigerator magnets are flat and hard to pull off or move around. the animals are very realistic and I love that there are a wide variety (farm, house pets, jungle and desert)

5 out of 5 stars What a bargain!   June 9, 2010

I can't believe we got all these beautiful magnets for such a great price. My child loved putting them on the refrigerator and naming the animals. So much more fun than passive electronic toys. Grandparents, I believe that toddlers & parents alike would be thrilled with this as a gift.

5 out of 5 stars LO loves these animals   May 28, 2010
MVenus (Atlanta, GA USA)
My LO loves this toy. She is learning more about animals in music class and this toy just gives her a visual on the different animals. She is also able to pick out the animals now based on me asking her which is which. We are working on sounds that the animals make and this visual toy is excellent for that. Great idea. Each week I add a not so familiar animal to the mix to keep it interesting.

5 out of 5 stars Great Magnets!   May 4, 2010

I bought these magnets for my two older girls (who are now 6 and 5) about two years ago. They love them still! Once again Melissa and Doug have come up with a totally cute way to help kids learn about animals, and yet still be a very durable and safe toy. The prices are a little more than for the average toy, but you know that you are getting total quality, and to me that's worth it! The only problems we have ever had with these, is that my girls tended to "accidentally" lose them under the fridge sometimes. The magnetic backs are also very strong. We've been able to hold up multiple school papers and such without any problems. I was sitting for a friend a week ago, and her 10 month old boy loved them! He wanted to put all of them in his mouth. But it was great because most of them are too big to be a choking hazard or concern, and he could pull them off of the fridge and put them back on by himself without any problem. And I also knew that the magnet part covered the entire wood piece. (which is wonderful when you are watching someone else's kid). I took away the little duck, and fish and turtle (just in case though as the size of those three kinda made his mom a little wary.) He loved them so much, that I've already ordered a box for him for his 1st birthday! That way he can have his own set at his house too. I'm also considering buying the dinosaur ones next!
